Accommodation and Rates

All bedrooms have DAB radios, hairdryers and towels are provided. Slippers and bathrobes are also available to make you feel completely at home.

There is off-street parking and secure storage for bikes in the garage. The house also has a boot room for muddy wellies and wet coats.

All rates are given per night including full English breakfast, with fresh fruit, cereals, etc. as standard.

Bedroom 1: Double with en-suite
£110 (£90 single occupancy)


The largest room with en-suite double shower. The bed is super-king size, or can split to become twin beds for more than one-night stays if requested. The room looks out onto the garden at the rear of the house.

 


Bedroom 2: Double

£95 (£80 single occupancy)

A double room with adjacent bathroom. Situated at the front of the house, the bedroom has views across to the Alde estuary.

 

 

Bedroom 3: Small double

£70 single occupancy

 

To the rear of the house, this room has a comfortable 4'6" bed, usually for single occupation. Using either the main bathroom or the wet room downstairs, depending on other accomodation being occupied. 

 


Bedroom 4: Single

A bright single room located at the front of the house with bathroom across the landing.

 


Music Room

A large music room is available for practice, rehearsal or listening. It is equipped with a Yamaha (5'6") grand piano and 4 (or more) music stands. Rates for hourly hire by arrangement if not resident.

 

 

Terms

A 50% deposit is requested to confirm your booking, payable by bank transfer (or cheque if necessary). This will be returned if the booking is cancelled more than 2 weeks before arrival date. Full fee payable if cancelled at less than 7 days notice. Please get in touch if there are extenuating circumstances.

 

Covid precautions

Track and trace, additional cleaning and sanitising, time between guests for thorough airing of rooms, limited guests in the house at any time.
